All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Peptide Basement. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to: • Product unavailability or stock discrepancies • Pricing errors or system inaccuracies • Suspicion of misuse or policy violation • Failed payment verification We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/MasterCard), Bitcoin, and Zelle® for US bank accounts. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout including any applicable shipping fees. Bitcoin payments are non-reversible by nature. Credit card chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support team may result in permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.

We ship to research institutions and individuals in jurisdictions where the purchase of research peptides is lawful. You are solely responsible for: • Ensuring that importation, possession, and use of our products complies with your local, state, and national laws. • Providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information. • Any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory fees applicable in your country. Peptide Basement is not liable for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs or regulatory authorities. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if any product is found to have a purity below our stated specification (verified by independent third-party HPLC analysis), we will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion. To submit a quality claim: • Contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@peptidebasement.com • Provide your order number and a copy of the independent lab analysis • Include photographs of the product and packaging Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method where possible.

All peptides are synthesized to the stated purity specifications and verified by third-party HPLC analysis. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available upon request for any product. While we strive for the highest analytical accuracy, Peptide Basement makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond the specifications stated in the CoA. Products are provided "as-is" for research purposes and suitability for any specific research application is the sole responsibility of the end user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Basement, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: • The use or inability to use our products or services • Any research outcomes or experimental results • Product degradation due to improper storage or handling by the buyer • Third-party actions including carrier delays or customs seizures Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to use any products purchased from Peptide Basement for: • Human or animal consumption or administration • Resale to consumers or the general public • Any purpose that violates local, national, or international law • Manufacturing controlled substances • Any activity that could cause harm to persons or the environment Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
